David WIlliams

David Williams

David Williams was born in New Haven, Connecticut. He earned a B.A. in history from Marquette University in 1974, a Ph.D. in history from the University of New Hampshire in 1981, a J.D. from Cornell University in 1984.

Mr. Williams was a trial lawyer for the Appellate Division of the New York Legal Aid Society prior to beginning his practice of law in Vermont in 1988. Since then, he has tried over 60 cases in state and federal courts. Below please find links to several federal and Vermont Supreme Court cases won by Mr. Williams:
