David Williams

David Williams was born in New Haven, Connecticut. He earned a B.A. in history from Marquette University in 1974, a Ph.D. in history from the University of New Hampshire in 1981, a J.D. from Cornell University in 1984.

Mr. Williams was a trial lawyer for the Appellate Division of the New York Legal Aid Society prior to beginning his practice of law in Vermont in 1988.
